Industrial Incentive Schemes

  1. Investment subsidy upto 20 per cent subject to maximum of Rs. 20 lakh of fixed capital investment.
  2. Sales tax deferment upto 100 per cent of capital investment for 10 years. Sales tax deferment upto 135 per cent for 14 years or sales tax for 7 years for large and medium industry.
  3. 100 per cent tax holiday for SSI units.
  4. Power tariff concession @ 25 per cent.
  5. Subsidy for captive power generation. Sales tax reduction on purchase of diesel oil or fuel oil for captive generation of power.
  6. Incentive for industries in EPZ Visakhapatnam.
  7. Sales tax incentive for modernisation/expansion/diversification/integration projects.
  8. Special incentives for mega projects going over Rs 100 crore.
